At Fresh Page Press, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below for both physical books and digital downloads.
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform.
We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests. Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform.
Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days.
A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+dd9ae5968c2e4d8ba5ae74c9f7f9fd2e@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Physical Books (Purchased on Amazon)
All physical (paperback) books listed on our Site are sold through Amazon. If you purchased a physical book through Amazon, your purchase is covered by Amazon’s return and refund policy, not ours.
To request a return or refund for a physical book:
- Visit Amazon’s Returns Center at amazon.com/returns
- Log in to your Amazon account
- Follow the instructions to initiate a return
Amazon generally allows returns within 30 days of delivery. For full details, please refer to Amazon’s return policy on their website.
We are unable to process returns or refunds for books purchased through Amazon, as these transactions are handled entirely by Amazon.
Digital Downloads (Purchased on Our Site)
Because digital download products (PDF files) are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds on digital downloads.
However, we understand that issues can arise. We will gladly provide a full refund in the following situations:
- You did not receive your download link — if you completed your purchase but never received the email with your download link, contact us and we will either resend the link or issue a full refund.
- The file is corrupted or damaged — if the PDF file you received is unreadable, corrupted, or will not open properly, contact us and we will either provide a replacement file or issue a full refund.
- Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Product not as described — if the digital download you received is significantly different from what was described on our product page, contact us and we will review your request and issue a refund if appropriate.
Refund requests for digital downloads must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- The product you purchased
- The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after downloading the file
- You did not read the product description before purchasing
- You are unable to print the file due to your own printer or device limitations
- You purchased the digital version without realizing a physical version is also available on Amazon (we clearly label both options on every product page)
